Your 3-day free trial includes full access to PLUS Membership benefits, including monthly Gems, Raku chats, Lesson Cards, and Writing Workshops. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Will I be charged automatically after the PLUS Membership free trial ends?
Yes. After the 3-day PLUS Membership free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the monthly price unless canceled before renewal.
What’s the difference between PLUS Membership and Gem Packs?
PLUS Membership is a recurring subscription with monthly benefits and higher usage limits. Gem Packs are one-time purchases that give additional Gems without a subscription.
What are Gems?
Gems are Gakku’s virtual currency. You can use them to unlock learning content like Lesson Cards and Writing Workshops.
Do Gems expire?
Monthly Gems included with PLUS Membership reset each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. Purchased Gems do not expire.
What is the 7-Day Chat Pass?
The 7-Day Chat Pass gives you max voice & text chats with Raku for 7 days without needing a PLUS Membership. It does not include monthly Gems, Lesson Cards, or other PLUS Membership benefits.
