How do I get Gems?
You can: purchase Gems directly; get 100 free Gems when you register; earn 2 Gems daily by logging in; and earn 10 Gems for each successful referral.
Do Gems expire?
Purchased Gems never expire. Free promotional Gems may have an expiration date.
How can I purchase Gems?
You can purchase Gems in two ways: go to Account Settings > Gems and click Purchase, or click Upgrade next to your Gem balance after logging in.
What payment methods are supported?
We support credit cards, and Google Pay. More payment methods may be added in the future.
Can I get a refund for unused Gems?
Sorry, Gems are non-refundable once purchased.
